Please be sure that you are ordering the right product, as returns will only be allowed on defective products.
For same day processing and shipping, all orders must be received by 12 noon Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday excluding hollidays. Some products may require additional processing and may take additional time to ship. In this case we will respond via e-mail letting you know of your order status. International orders may require that we contact you if there are any additional shipping charges. If there are any additional shipping charges for your international order, we will wait to process your payment untill we have contacted you with the correct toal for your order.
